Our Condo sits just downstream of the convergence of the Rainbow & 

Withlacoochee  Rivers in Dunnellon.  The Withlacoochee River teems with

 fish and cypress trees and  stumps line the edge and have the

 'pre-requisite' Spanish moss hanging from their limbs. 

 

 

 

The Rainbow River, on the other hand, is a crystal clear, state designated 'First Magnitude

 Spring Fed River', an aquatic paradise great for floating in tubes or drifting along in the

 slow current and snorkeling.

Located on the Withlacoochee River, with a fantastic view of the water,

the Condo is fully furnished with a large pool, heated outdoor

Jacuzzi, boat docks and picnic area.

Situated between Ocala (horse farm country) & Crystal River our location

offers a natural  Florida experience.   Crystal River is world

 famous as a home for the endangered Manatee

and offers diving, diving instruction, and

fishing in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

There are several great golf courses only minutes from the Condo!

Combine this variety of golf courses with day trips to attractions

like Sea World, Disney, MGM, Cypress Gardens, and Universal

access from off-street parking!!!   There are multiple

restaurants and shops in the Dunnellon Historic

district that are easy walking distance

from the condo.

Condo is approx 650 sq ft with 1 Bedroom / 1 Bath  and a Queen size bed that comfortably sleeps two.

(Roll away bed for one small child is also available upon request)

 
 
Condo Monthly Rental Rates
 Minimum rental period is One month and 
at least Three months for high season of Dec - March
Apr through Nov: $950 per month* 
Dec through Mar: $1350 per month*
* there is an additional 8% short term rental tax (6% state + 2% county)
  
 
  Deposit of 25% of total rental is due 10 days from the booking date

  Final payment due 30 days prior to arrival 
  Minor security deposit due with final payment
  Security to be returned to renter 10 days post departure if no damages
